Our SunPipes carry a 25 year guarantee, our customers are asked following delivery to complete and sign the SunPipe registration form and return this to us, in order that we can record their guarantee on our system.

We suggest they leave the main portion of the tear-off card in a prominent position, so that anyone can contact us immediately should they have any need to do so in the future.

We send out Guarantee cards as above with all our SunPipe systems and also invite the user to provide us with a feedback as to their impression of the SunPipe system.

We have been absolutely amazed at the consistency of the responses, since almost everyone gives 9 or 10 out of 10! We set out below typical examples of the responses received. This may be as a result of the introduction of the new Super Silver SunPipes that were introduced into the market in October 2004 but these comments and results underline the remarkable performance of the SunPipe system.
