We are always looking at ways to improve our impact on employee wellbeing.  One small way we could support this goal is to encourage participation in an initiative which came from Leap, the Sport and Activity Partnership for Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes, who were asking people to make a special effort to build in proper breaks from their desks, workstations or vehicles.

On 29th Feb a group of employees from across the business opted to have a different lunchtime to celebrate the leap year and paid a visit to the local trampoline centre RUSH in High Wycombe.  Everyone enjoyed their time trying out new skills from trampoline through to Dodgeball and gladiator battles into the pit!
