Following on from the successful installation of 4N° COOL-Phase® systems in 2013 at Leeds University, we received an order for a further 22N° COOL-Phase® systems which we have recently installed during the £8.5 million refurbishment of the Social Sciences Building,
The works were carried out in challenging conditions in 5 phases over 5 different floors, which started in late February of this year, and thanks to the co-ordination and hard work from Monodraughts production and northern installation teams, we managed to complete our works in August, and all in accordance with the contract’s demanding schedule.
The professionalism and service we demonstrated not only impressed the University but also the Main Contractor (GB) and our client, Wheatley’s who have expressed further interest in our products and services as a preferred supplier.
