As part of our ongoing CSR commitment to provide more skills and opportunities in the local area, we are delighted to launch our “Project Code” programme from our High Wycombe HQ.

We are inviting electronic engineering students (or a related discipline) from local universities such as Bucks New University, The University of Reading and Brunel University or any other relevant students interested to come and work with us for a two week period this July.

The programme will run from 10th-21st July. There will be the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to initiate the concept, design and development of a wireless link for low energy technologies. Students will get £250 a week plus free lunch, a fun development experience to add to their CV and the opportunity to increase their network of like-minded students and work contacts.

The project will be primarily focusing on the ventilation solution set that we offer.  We take great pride in the quality of our engineering. Our Natural Ventilation systems are designed in accordance with our company ethos: innovation, sustainability, reliability and performance. Confidence can be taken from the knowledge that our systems are tested extensively in house and by third party academic and research organisations to ensure that our solutions deliver the best possible building performance and occupant comfort.

Nick Hopper, R&D Director at Monodraught said:

“This is a fantastic opportunity to come and work with the R&D team in a fun, supportive environment.  They will gain valuable work experience in hardware and software engineering and will also be able to increase their network of workplace contacts.  We have a long tradition of working with relevant universities for our innovations and I am confident that the two teams will come up with some strong new ideas”.
