Barton Hill redevelopment is a £24.3m project that has for many years been crying out for extensive renovation and reinvestment. The architects, worked closely with Barton Hill residents design the boiler rooms. As they would be overlooked by the residents themselves. It was decided that the only solution was to utilise Monodraught's range of square balanced flue systems. As these would best compliment the cubed shaped boiler rooms.

Free light and ventilation for hospitals

Two new PFI hospitals in Bristol, have made a commitment to introducing natural daylight into their designs and have used Monodraught's SunPipe and Windcatcher energy-free lighting and ventilation systems.
The natural ventilation system has a low cost and most importantly, zero running costs. It is also completely eco-friendly as it harnesses the wind's potential as a renewable energy source.
