Technical Advice Team Gregg Wagg, Matt Dempsey and Wilf Lamb They will answer all your queries on the application of SunPipes and prepare detailed Quotations for your requirements.

Order Processing Department Lisa Murray and Donna Chifney They are always on the end of the phone to process your Order and deal with any queries you may have on your Account.

Marketing Department Angela Dell It is Angela’s job to ensure that they send out whatever brochures or marketing materials you may require and Angela is always very keen to help.

Contracts Department Devon Griffin, Paul Darbon, Luigi D’Uva, Andrew Scott and Stuart Novell They are there to organise your installation requirements and to manage all Contract matters on a day-to-day basis.

Contracts Supervisors Gary James and Jason Fieldhouse Gary’s and Jason’s job is to constantly check on site readiness, quality of work carried out on site, co-ordination between the teams, and completing the work to the highest standard.  They are always available to attend any site meetings or investigate any queries that may arise. Despatch Department Michael Claesens, Russell Bryant, Paul Jemmett and Robin Gardner Their job is to make sure your Order goes out the same day whenever possible and that it arrives safely on time.

Head of Design Nick Hopper Nick heads up our Design Team and is responsible for so many of our new innovations!  Nick is in charge of our Research and Development, liaising with all the Universities, as well as our own Specialist Development Teams.

Design.Team@monodraught.com Andy Taylor, Ian Grant, James Seagrief, Paul Aitchison, Adam Park and Jason Cashman. These gentlemen are responsible for the fabulous detailed drawings that are sent out from Monodraught.

Head of Academic Research and Development Dr Sean Zhang Refines and improves our scientific calculation methods and programming for predicting lux levels, particularly through our new Super Silver SunPipe materials. As Head of Academic Research, Dr Zhang will also be responsible for coordinating the work at all the Universities in which we are involved, particularly Nottingham, Reading, and Brunel Universities, and will be looking at other ways to expand and extend our knowledge in our unique field and to open up the possibilities for additional Research Programmes.

Research and Development Tim Bartram and Trevor Howard These gentlemen are responsible for researching and further developing our systems.

Natural Ventilation Design Team Michael Spraggon, Michael Stevens, Rati Singh and James Bartlett They are responsible for making the detailed calculations of natural ventilation proposals and dealing with all our Specifiers on a one-to-one basis.

Reception Nyssa Hayes She will always ensure you receive a warm reception when you visit our offices.

Secretary Jo Orr Jo looks after all the secretarial requirements for our Chairman and Managing Director, Professor Terry Payne.

Project Co-ordinators Naseem Akthar, Emma Thorne, and Roz James, They contact all our potential Clients at least once a month to make sure they are being well looked after.

Marketing Artwork Steve Thomas He creates our visually attractive designs for all our advertising, brochures, pamphlets, website, and all matters associated with creating the company's image.

Secretarial Support Rosie O'Neil and Nabila Bashir They contact all our potential Clients at least once a month to make sure they are being well looked after.
