required to Cover Maternity Leave (10 months)
The candidate must have a very good telephone manner and must have good communication skills. The job entails the answering of incoming calls, taking of messages, requests for literature and greeting of Clients.
The candidate would be dealing almost exclusively with Architects and Consulting Engineers and other professionals within the industry.
Typing skills are essential since the typing of letters are a requirement. We have our own in-house database system on which full training will be given but a knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
Hours of work are 9.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Design Engineer
Required for the design of our award winning, solar driven natural ventilation systems.
The ideal candidate will have a good University degree, preferably to include fluid dynamics. Experience in the air movement industry would be a considerable advantage.

Technical Maintenance and Sales Engineer
Working as part of the Contracts team you will be responsible for planning and carrying out yearly maintenance inspections of Monodraught systems including elements of rectification works as and when items are reported.
Your role will be office based for one day per week to allow maintenance visit reports to be compiled and for you to liaise with sites and plan your diary in advance.
Applicants must have a detailed understanding of all Monodraught systems however training will be given on troubleshooting the Windcatcher and Sola-boost control systems and the basic electronics of the Sola-vent systems. The technical nature of this role would be expected to increase over time through the continuing development of Monodraught systems.
Within the role is an element of achieving repeat business sales from projects already completed, of which a yearly commission will be applicable, dependant on the level of sales. This is an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to branch out into other roles and there is scope for further progress within the company in this aspect. Full sales training would be given to the successful applicant and the role would be to liaise with the Client as to their requirements and bring the leads into Head Office for Project Engineers to compile quotations.
The successful candidates should be enthusiastic, presentable and be able to communicate with clients from Facility Managers to Head Masters. Applicants must possess both a flexible attitude to undertake a range of ‘hands on’ tasks and an ability to work independently. They should also be able to demonstrate an ability to rise to intellectual and technical problem solving challenges.

Research & Development Engineer & Technician

Due to our continual success and rapid development programme there is an exciting opportunity for a Development Engineer and a Development Technician in our Head Office at High Wycombe. We are seeking Development Engineers for a multi-disciplined team working on advanced renewable energy systems for solar powered natural ventilation systems.
Applicants for both posts must have an understanding of basic electronics and experience of C programming, which will be utilised in this development.
The successful candidates should be enthusiastic and possess both a flexible attitude to undertake a range of ‘hands on’ tasks and an ability to be a positive member of the team. They should also be able to demonstrate an ability to rise to intellectual technical problem solving challenges that inevitably arise during the R&D programme.
