Company Organisation

Monodraught employs a total of 75 employees, all based at their High Wycombe Head Office, including 20 installation tradesmen. Monodraught has a policy of not employing Sub-Contractors but does retain the service of a number of installation Specialists in the north of England for work in that area.

Monodraught is a member of HVCA (Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association) and a member of FETA (Federation of Environmental Trades Association).
